been 2 years and i think it's time for a change. when i start to remember bumps in the road i daily drive on due to major discomfort...i think it's time for a change. hotchkis are to low/stiff for a daily driven car especially on cali highways due to arnie being a cheap basitd. looking at the eibachs for more comfort, any advice out there for a nice comfortable well handling setup?

TRDs hands down. If you stay as low and go softer you compromise a ton of handling. TRDs look good, ride good and handle great.

agreed, TRD's are the best!

I would have stayed on them if I werent trying to get the car even more competitive on the course. The SS-p's are great, but MUCH harsher on the daily drive than TRDs. TRDs did great in autox for the last 2 years and kept more of the ride comfort. Harsher than stock, but better than the really stiff springs for sure.

TRD's are the closest to OEMs ride quality n it handles pretty decent as well. so TRD's!!

My SS-Ps are comfortable IMO...even with the damping all the way stiff lol

my H-techs are pretty comfortable
are you riding on stock shocks/struts also? im thinking about getting the srpings as well for looks and something that handles pretty good and rides comfortable. TRD's are the best when it comes to that but they still sit a little too high for me so i was just wondering how the htechs working for you. you have any pics as well after they have settled?

How rough of a ride to coils tend to be? I'm looking at either Tein basic or H&R..currently on TRD's with TRD shocks
Are they like..solid motor mounts (I think I got that right..)/engine torque damper stiff or not quite? lol
I want to run a semi-agressive wheel setup and so far it seems coils is going to be the only way to ahieve what I'm gonna be going for..
oh and to the OP - I love my TRD's just looking for something different myself

springs are almost 2 years old, the condition not too sure about unless i check em. they ride the same since i bought them, my commute is 4 highways and they all suck here in the bay area. not sure how to trade, i need the car for my job unless we met half way down somewhere along i-5 off a walmart and swapped lol.
