So i coudlnt find anything in a search so my appologies if this has been asked already.

I installed my HIGH and LOW beam HID kits today and my High's work just fine..however my lowbeams wont work i tried screwing aorudn with them for a few hours with my buddy who works at a custom shop and he couldnt turn up anything either...some one mentioned something about the relay for the low beams being the issue but im not quite sure if thats the problem i was just wondering if anyone has had this problem and fixed it.

have you tried reversing the polarity of your HID's?

take the harness off the high beams and see if it fires the low beams......if it does then you got a bad relay or harness fo rthe low beams.......harness should work for high or low,it is the bulbs that are differant...........also no need for high beam HIDs.....if you need high beams after your HIDs are on you need to pull over and park till the darkness passes...........lol.....unless you got like 10000k HIDs,which in that case you will not be able to see to drive.

There are really only a couple of things that can go wrong with HIDs. The ballast, relay, bulbs or wiring. Get a multimeter and see where your current is dying. Start from the wire that connects to the battery and just work outward towards your bulbs.

I also had a problem with my HIDs the other week, and it was from a corroded relay. Changed it out, and everything is fine again!
