the luggage cover
Has anyone removed the luggage cover bar from the trunk?
For me its always getting in the way so I just got rid of it completely. I have limo tint so you can't see whats in my trunk anyway.

Not here. Only temporarily when there's too much to put into the rear, and the rear seats have to go down. Otherwise, I just leave it there all the time.
What I do wish is what they've got on the Suzuki in Japan - a roller shade that goes up to the roof and blocks sunlight from coming in the rear. That would be a nice addition!

Of course, they went cheap on the USA model - the whole rear area is a bit different on the Japanese Ist and can be folded to divide the area to compartmentalize stuff w/o having to buy the cargo net.
