How much for the Passenger Rear Corner panels with the strut caps? SHipping to TX?

I'm interested in the fog lamp covers, rear strut caps(if the retainer tabs aren't broken off), one/both of the clips that retain the rear seatbelts when folding down the back seat. Am curious how much for all of that (or whatever is available) with shipping, I'm in West Hartford CT 06119.
