19X ? if they are 7.5 or maybe 8 and 5X100 it should fit.

as long as they're 5X100 bolt pattern..you need to decide what wheel width you want and then pick the right offset...tC can handle 8.5" front..9.5" rear..maybe even wider but thats the widest i've seen yet with stock fenders...

As long as you have the right offset for the width, you';ll be fine.

I have those in person and they are clean, well the ones with the black bars.

TRD has a 19 in. whell by enkei for the tC i think, you should check out the specs on those.
