85+ in a 25
so i have no idea what to do this happened all so fast my friends were being stupid with there muscle cars and other cars during the day doing burnouts donuts and stuff like that while my car was at my friends house so i decided to go see what they were doing but my friend was like hey drive my mustang home so i was like ok why not and the whole time i am driving it nice and smooth and then he says hey try it out give it some gas american muscle so i was like why not and i am going 100 and something and on the left side of the road i see a cop way down the road and i slam on the brakes and by the time i pass him he looked and me and i looked at him so i said ____ no and floored it and ran into a neighborhood and hid for 30 mins then i leave and go back to my car and hide for 30 more right when i start walking out of the garage the cops come rolling down the street 10 cars 20 cops and they yell out dont move long story short i got busted with everything they did i now have a reckless driving criminal speeding ticket and 8 points and a fat fine because of my stupid friends and that one little moment of speeding in a car i didnt like

1. Your an idiot to begin with, doing 100MPH on surface streets.
2. Try some punctuation, it never killed anyone
3. If you were not guilty, you wouldn't have hid, right?
4. Behavior like that is illegal for a reason, some people realize this from day 1 of their time spent driving, some learn the hard way...
5. If you would have confronted the cop instead of running Ill bet you would have only gotten your share of the fines...
6. Probable Cause! If your seen speeding recklessly, down a residential street, then the cop has all the right in the world to believe that your the one causing a ruckus not to far away, wither there is one car or one hundred cars, your all at fault!

why the hell for youw run....worse thing you can do...besides doing 100 in a car doesnt matter if muscle or not still ghotta respect the law...if i saw someone driving like that i would report it..cause i wanna go home to my family

I agree with everything RedneckwithanxB said.
I personally hope they give you the maximum fines and jail time. 85+ in a 55 or over mph zone doesn't bother me (even though it is still very illegal), but 85+ in a 25mph proves how little you actually care about society. I had a friend that did 85+ in a 25mph zone...except he didn't run or hide from the cops. Believe it or not he got off with a really harsh tongue lashing because the cop didn't want to fill out the paperwork. Needless to say...my friend then became more of an aquaintence. Someone with that little regard for not only his life, but everyone elses' on the road needs lots of help. A vehicle should be treated with the same respect as weapons. I don't know what it is about lots of people these days. I guess they've become numb to the fact everyone is mortal. You have the time you have and that's it. It's really quite sad.
I hope all the best for you whether that be you learning from the experience and getting off light (which judging by this post is not the case) or getting some tough love through our justice system.

oh they will be giving him quite a hefty punishment. evading law enforcement, going THREE times the legal limit. (suspended license, dropped insurance, high insurance rates, ur lucky if any insurance company even takes u) and not to mention fines, restitution, communtiy service (if need be), and defensive driving classes and others. what wat an idiot. I hope u didn't come on here to get pity from any1 on here.
