View Full Version : Evo and Fab kits
Slammed04xb 01-24-2005, 12:49 AM hey everyone, i have the evo 5 front and fab rear on my scion, however i wanted to see if people wanted to go in with me to make both in polyurethane. i remember seeing a site that if you had 10 orders, they will custom make a kit. . . i wanted to redesign the front a little bit and havent decided on shaving the rear. so if anybody wants in or has any info please post it here. Thanx
BoomBox757 01-24-2005, 01:28 AM the evo kit is ugly, please don't make more of them

hotbox05 01-24-2005, 03:53 AM i'd say do the fab without the rear plate cutout. poly is awesome , eurothane kits kick ___!!

Hey man to each their own...look at it this way you have a rarer scion now because it seems like a lot of people don't like that particular body kit. You gotta take the good with the bad becaue there will always be negatives with EVERYTHING.
joescionwv 02-02-2005, 04:12 AM I was playing socom navy seals two last night and some guy was like hey your car is the gayist car in the world you better leave this room for driving that crappy thing and then he came and shot me in the back of the head and he was on my team what a punk
ScionVan 02-02-2005, 07:21 AM To be honest, you might want to reconsider spending the money to have urethane duplicates made of lower-quality bodykit pieces. The main reason is that, AT BEST, the urethane copies would be exact facsimiles of the bodykit components... which means that they'd also share all the same flaws in quality and fitment (and I have yet to see a knock off bodykit for ANY car that was anywhere near perfect)... but in urethane, you wouldn't be able to fix the flaws as you can with the same components in fiberglass. With poor quality fiberglass bodykits, you can usually at least shave and sand and bondo them till they look right, but with urethane you wouldn't be able to do the same, and you'd end up being stuck with parts that will never be up to par considering the amount of money you're spending.
hotbox05 02-02-2005, 07:30 AM maybe theyre urethane copies of originals.
