ProjectFusion 01-24-2005, 02:36 AM His top HU is his equalizer.

Max2k 01-24-2005, 03:15 AM Inquiring minds want to know: can I do that to my standard USDM license plate?
hotbox05 01-24-2005, 04:13 AM i like your rims now dump it!!!!
dajap 01-24-2005, 04:16 AM Thanks for all the comments, Well the reason for the two headunits are the top one is a cd player/equalizer and the bottom one is a md player/ dsp controller. Its a JDM kenwood headunit. As for the bulbs, those I ordered of off ebay. As for the show, no I didn't place . Finally, I'm not sure how you would be able to do that with a USDM plate with out cutting the numbers out of the plate. These JDM premium plates have transparent numbers on them to allow light to shine. You mount that plate on a License frame which houses two bulbs to put light out.
B2FiNiTY 01-24-2005, 04:24 AM Car looks great!
bBlover 01-24-2005, 04:38 AM I am sooooooooo jealous. That is great JDM stuff. Those are RacingHart's right? where'd u get the license plate from? The chrome around the tails that is the taillight garnish for the stock tails right? All you need now is the rear spoiler and the fog lights and ur good to go.
tCholleration 01-24-2005, 04:46 AM
your car is officially a sexxxy beast in my book.
car = sexy beast
you = negative bonus to the max times 1000 plus 50 cents minus a bag of chips :loser:
haha despite the bonus-ness... chris is still cool in my book. :P
dajap 01-24-2005, 04:46 AM Those are the RacingHarts CR multipeice 19x8 215/35/19. I got that license plate from a friend in Japan (very rare) in the states. Those Tailight Garnishs are the aftermarket toyota ones from japan. I'm on the waiting list for the CF Fab. spoiler can't wait to get that!!! JDM fogs and ventvisors are next!! I'll post picks when I get my new goodies.
firesquare 01-24-2005, 07:48 AM are the rear tail light covers JDM also or are they avalable here too. ill be picking up the same lights in the spring

i love them wheels
ProjectFusion 01-25-2005, 03:22 PM How do those wheels and tires ride? Any trouble with it being a 19x8 instead of 19x7.5
dajap 01-26-2005, 06:59 AM For Those who want to know exactly about this special license plate this is a really good article. http://www.tigerdude.com/japan/license/premium.html
I hope to be able to claim to be the first person in the states with this on their box!!
By the way these rims and tires run perfect with my car and its set up. I have the sustec df210's and van's One Ton Garage rear shim. I haven't had any rubbing or any issues I'm very pleased with the setup. I would recommend it to anybody!

I had doubts about his set up too but no rubbing...those shims are great! Didnt have to cut any plastic at all. I wish he would put on the back plate at shows grrr
ProjectFusion 01-26-2005, 04:10 PM What offset are your rims?
dajap 01-27-2005, 05:50 PM looked up the invoice on the rims and tires and couldn't find the offset, sorry
ProjectFusion 01-27-2005, 06:14 PM looked up the invoice on the rims and tires and couldn't find the offset, sorry
Damn, i'm wanting to do 19's and don't want to get a 19x8 with the wrong offset. 19x8's are a lot easier to find then 19x7.5's
dajap 01-27-2005, 06:26 PM I'm sure if you ask a store that specializes on rims and tires they will be able to tell you exactly what will fit, just tell him you want 19x8's. Thats what I did, they figured the rest out! Good Luck!!
