No radio reception! HELP ME!
I have a stock 07 radio with an S2K antenna, my radio has gone out before for about a day or so but this time its been out for almost 2 weeks. I have my stations all programmed but I hear nothing, my ipod works fine tho. So would anyone know what the problem is?

having the radio in your car is very important incase of storm emergencies, I know living here there have been a few times where we needed it. One thing you could try is to buy another radio antenna (radioshack, walmart(scosh makes one)) and hook it in if your radio does not work at that point then you know it's the deck, because I doubt it's the s2k antenna.
I would also try unplugging your battery. I could not find a reset button on my stock 07 deck so maybe disconnecting the battery or deck will reset it.
Do you hear noise when your in radio or silence?
bump to get the problem solved.

When on radio mode its silent, nothing comes from the stations, but when I switch to my iPod it works fine. I'll give d/c battery a try when I get a chance, its been almost a month with out my radio lol.
i'm wondering if power is getting to the amplified antenna (stock, yes we have an amplified antenna). If you can, check the power going to the antenna, it might be no power = no signal. Just a thought to try
I've swapped radios in my tC twice and the antenna connector is a very tight fit into the head unit. I'd doubt it would just fall out by itself unless you were working in there. I'd say your best bet is get the radio out and take a look...but it very well could be an internal problem in the head unit. Aftermarket units have a lot better sound quality and generally more features. It must just be time to upgrade.

I would think it has to be something with the head unit itself only because even without an antenna you will still receive some signals.
Double check that antenna plug-in on your deck.
If that's not it, then take it to the dealership.
That's if you are still covered under warranty.
