I am looking for lighter easy to clean whhels, and I think that the maglites would be a good replacement for the axis wheelsitemesh 2s that I have now.

hopefully in the next month or so, I will have new wheels.

These wheels I want the most on my xB! Real plain in the darker finish. in a 17". Nothing too flashy. I think the xB can pull these odd looking wheels off easy! Love the basic 4 spoke. They prolly look lame on almost all other cars, I havent seen pics though.

I ran those wheels for about a month and a half, they are great wheels and super lite. They look great on the car and I got much props for running them, I also ran the Mesh II's they're not too hard to clean just spray wheel cleaner and wash...both Axis wheels are nice,,,If you guys are thingking about putting on the Maglites much props to you cuz they'll look dope...Sorry guys no pics of the wheels on the xb, I didn't have them long and I REALLY NEED TO BUY A NEW CAMERA...Right Cheif ..

when i was at spyengineering i asked about the maglites because i had similar thoughts. they told me the maglite was actually discontinued.(hope you guys can snag a set) i think they are sweet wheels. if they were like a +30 offset i would have put them in serious contention but they only come in +42

FWIW, according to the Axis website, they make it in 15" & 17" only.

I like them but I wonder about strength. Are 4 spokes enough to keep them from deforming? Might a bad hit on a pothole make them wobbly?

nah they are fine, had mine for a while now, 17 in graphite on a white xb, and they are not discontinued, we still have them in stock in both graphite and silver, 15 in or 17. 40 offset, and they ashould fit over a big brake kit without problems, now i cant say the same for my 13in vpds im waiting on.....they wont fit over anything larger than the stock brakes...oh well

As long as you get a tire with a strong sidewall, I.E Nitto (my personal favorite) I have hit potholes that should have broken the axel and the rim was just fine.

BTW I live in Michigan, Pot hole capitol of the world

I'm not so concerned about denting the rim. I just wonder about the rim and hub getting tweaked out of alignment with each other.
