Well I was processing MOUNDS of datalog information last night (about 1.5 hours worth) from the new unit we have been working on. Being as though I have this car in my possession for the next 2-4 weeks (so long as I need it), but I was checking out duty cycles after all multipliers and such. What do you think a 550cc injector's max duty cycle would be on a T-tC, with a 54 trim .63 A/R turbine running 5 PSI of boost at 100% throttle with an AFR 11.5:1?

Temp was 65 degrees

Stock rail, stock pressure, stock pump

 

Ideally, shouldn't the duty cycle of any injector be around 80% to keep the heat down? I'd guess a duty cycle of 45-47for that given setup though.

 

what fuel pump. fuel pressure? fuel rail? and type of gas
