Default 2010 xB Wiring Questions

I tried looking around and didnt find much but i recently bought a beltronics radar and a direct wiring kit, in order to use it i have to run the cable to the fuse box under the hood and into the interior to the middle of the dash board. does anyone know how to run the cable? and how to take apart the dash pieces so i can also run the wire through the interior?

fuse box under the hood? from where? there's a fusebox in the car.. but you could always tape switched accessory power at the cigarette lighter under the shifter.. or the ignition switch.. or behind the radio.. typically people install their radar detectors at the bottom of the windshield.. or at the top by the rearview mirror..

you could put it at the bottom and use a plastic panel tool or a screwdriver or butter knife with tape over the end to avoid scratching anything.. and tuck the wire between the windshield and the dash..

or you could put it at the top of the windshield.. some people put it at the far left and tuck the wire under the a pillar.. or above the rear view mirror and tuck the wire under the headliner.. then run down the a pillar
