So I have the kit installed running 550cc with greddy blue, tial bov with the turbo concept wg and believe its the 6 psi spring thats in there. Heres a pic of my set up

For some reason it idles like at 600rpm and when i rev it it goes to 1k then swoops down to like 400rpm fast n then cuts off

Any input would be appreciated. I do have the aem a/f gauge and that is all over.

could be tune on the emanage or if the emanage isn't working correctly and is giving the ecu the wrong numbers...also clean the maf sensor...they hate dirt or dust on them

i cleaned the maf already. damn with this being the case should i be okay to take it for a tune? trailor it of course or put the stock injectors back in and see how that does. Since it really is a stage 0 i should run without injectors and see how it goes from there?

drop stock injectors in it and unplug the emanage....make sure it runs that way then take it to get it tuned and drop in new injectors and emanage once you get there...if you had the support tool i would have reccomended trying greddys basemap on dezods site...that is what i used at first

its because your running the emanage blue, this unit isnt able to tune partial throttle. I had the same issue when i ran the blue, get a intercooler setup and upgrade to an ultimate and get a boost controller and up the boost to 10... ur life will be 100x happier

thats wierd...i had no problem with my blue when i ran it....x2 on the intercooler and if you have the money x2 on the ultimate....as for the boost...i'd go 7-8 if you got an auto and 9-10 for a manual

Although a good tune would help, I'm not too sure it will resolve your idling issues when letting of the throttle.

The Tial BOV you are using is IMO one of best quality and best flowing BOVs on the market (That's why we use it with our Blow-Thru MAF turbo kits ), however, it will not work well with your standard Draw-Thru MAF set-up. You may want to switch to a Greddy RS BOV and adjust it to a tight setting or better yet use an HKS SSQ BOV, which uses a small valve and is a pull type BOV (closes faster after the inital boost vent).

Essentially, the problem you're having is that the car is overfueling everytime you let of the throttle, especially if it's from boost. This ultra rich mixture causes the car to either stumble when trying to hunt for stoich in closed loop, or worse case scenario the car will just stall out.

synapse bov with the antistall kit, seriously that is a good move. they even make a flange adapter so you dont have to get a new flange welded in

I am going to say you should go with the HKS. I have used the Tial, HKS, and I currently have the Synapse. The Synapse was not perfect with the anti-stall kit. If you want to vent to the atmosphere then I say HKS or if you are willing to route to the BOV into the intake then I say use the Synapse. Also just so you know I had stalling issues with the Tial but not with the HKS.

The anti stall kit allows you to VTO, no need to route back to intake, I had all 3 as well the synapse worked the best for me. Just saying with the synapse he wil not have to get a different flange welded on, synapse makes an adapter for the tial flange. either one, they are both good bov

Toan is RIGHT on the money. This is why ZPI back in the day, started with a TIAL BOV, and switched to the HKS SSQ BOV for that reason of venting to the Atmosphere on a typical turbo setup (MAF placement on the intake pipe). You need to switch BOV.

So should I get HKS?
