Haha oh no, the divorce was completely my fault and I own it. He was much older and really ready for a commitment of that magnitude... I on the other hand freaked out and ran as soon as I realized what I'd done and gave him literally everything in the divorce. He has since found another girl (who is 19 now) and remaried and is happy, good for him .

i have no doubt that there are many people who regret getting tattoos. i'd go so far as to say that most of the people getting tattoos will grow to regret them eventually. people should make sure they're getting their tattoos for the right reasons. that said, there are those whose tattoos really are a part of them, and they'll wear them proudly until the day they die.

I was just relaying something I heard-I personally have nothing against tattoos as long as they mean something. I feel that people express themselves in all sorts of ways and tattoos are nothing different (maybe more permanent).

Personally I think the tatoo that Angelina Jolie had on her back was cool-it was a protection prayer written and inked by a monk-that is something i would be down for.

I also have a friend who has a very nice Koi (whole arm too), he got it when he started getting into martial arts and his plan was to add the colors etc as he progressed

After i went paralyzed i realized how strong a person i am. My tattoo means a lot to me because you only live once and i believe it represents me.

The one on my foot is a year and a half old. Tight 3? It's a "K"... I can't figure out how it looks like a 3??? haha.

I've asked plenty of artists and they said it'll take more wear and tear down the road. She did it 1: because I told her I didn't really care and 2: because I wear heels 5-6 days a week, and flip flops the rest, sooo it shouldn't really take TOO much of a beating since my shoes never touch it.

So I'm thinking it's going to turn up in a magazine or newsletter somewhere. :) The guy that worked on it did a phenomeonal job.

weelo, is talking about the lining on your foot. I don't know exactly what he means, but i'm guessing it has something to do with how thin the lining is

yes i was talking about the needle size, smaller needle groups make for thinner lines, and it doesnt matter shoes or not, the foot is one of those spots that the cells in your skin will break down the ink the quickest cause you are always walking, sweating, ect on your feet. for a tattoo to look good for years down the road on the foot, you must keep it simple, and use a larger needle group. and if you wanted it small then so be it. i just love working at a shop and everyday having at least one person walk in wanting us to fix an old tattoo that was done small and try to make it look like it once did, but your right, its your foot, your tattoo, so enjoy it, what do i really know anyways... :P

I actually have one on my back on my right shoulder. The one on my back wasn't as painful as the one in the front. It did hurt on the bone and the closer it got to my neck. The head was the most painful.

I dont know about you, but if there is work from a certain artist you really want, just go that artist. I would rather wait and take a trip to have an artist I trust give me ink, then an artist that someone else recommended tattoo me, and the tattoo not turn out as planned and regret it.

Luckily all of my work has been fairly simple, so I've tried 3 'new' artists (I didn't know anyone who had gotten work done by them) and one that my friend referred me too.

I have 2 more planned, just gotta get the moolah!

Ivan, I think that works beautiful, but the location...I'd reconsider. I'd suggest flying/driving to San Jose then, it's what? a $100 flight? It's worth it for something that's on you forever.

That's the outline of my newest tattoo it's on my left forarm and it's a skeleton key with a diamond, crown, wings, and a bow. It also says "Have Hope" around it.

Did the shading the next day (not recomended and OUCH)

I still don't have pictures of my military sleeve in progress, right now I have a pin up girl and a banner that says freedom isn't free.

Coloring should be on the 9th ish of next month for the key, the 30th of this month for the pin up depending.

Kevin: OMG! I got a bicep tattoo and that hurt when they got closer to my shoulder. The inside skin is sensitive. Owwww! Fantastic color though!

yeah the closer they got to my armpit on mine the more it hurt, i could imagine a full inner bicep one like that would kill

haha yea it was a little painful. I got all the inside done in one 4 hour sitting

damm, my color was 3 hours straight, but mainly my outter bicep, i give u props for that lol
