I'm in the process of doing my absolutely last modifications on my xb. Need help chosing exhaust system and under the hood stuff.
Since you people have taught me everything I know, this is the best place to ask!

 

Alright well lets see since money seems to me of no problem the best thing i would go for would be to go out and get a 4 cylinder BMW motor out of say a 97 3series bmw and put it in the Scion! It would take time and money but then you have no need for the intake exhaust header turbo intercooler and all that stuff! Plus you still have a good MPG vehicle that is reliable! If that dosent seem to be your fortay go with the mods i listed! and dont just put on an exhaust its stupid if you put an exhaust on put a good quality header to push air to it and then go for a good intake! Let me know if you want the hook up on a BMW motor it can be done and not as expensive as putting a full list of mods in your car

And dont waste your money on an axleback, they're too over priced!! Go to a muffler shot, ask them how much it woudl run to put in 2.25" pipe from the cat back and a magna flow muffler (they'll provide that). My estimate was around $290. So youll have the magna flow name but with a FULL exhaust! Jus ta thought, others do it different ways

Lastly, if u want, DC headers woudl be a finishing touch, but im not sure about the legality and whatnot

Nice xb but wheels aren't my fortay. to each his/her own.

 

Tango I like those door panels........I would take the above advice just do the pipes in stainless amd mandrel bent. Drop some synthetics in the engine and trans....
