Fortunately I am sponsored by Notorious Customs in Rancho Cucamonga and it was free. Every body shop is different so i suggest getting a quote from a few and then make your decision. Also look at their previous work. hugebox79 01-28-2005, 05:33 PM Thanks for all the great comments. I appreciate it. hotbox05 01-28-2005, 07:24 PM i wish i could get sponsored by a body shop , that would make my day. can you say suicide rears? hugebox79 01-28-2005, 07:36 PM that's hopefully next Jugglah 01-28-2005, 08:08 PM If I did that to my tail gate, I'd have to change my website! :) Maybe on the next car. - Jugglah hugebox79 01-28-2005, 08:52 PM huh? squirrel 01-28-2005, 09:03 PM Man, that's alot of metal that's going to be added for rear suicides. Plus the fact that the hinge may have to be double jointed. Beaucoup props to the person to get it done first. I would be insanely jealous. I only leave mine on for about 6 months. I will be taking them off in the next couple weeks, then getting something different. Tamago 02-01-2005, 03:29 PM MY graphics guy is Meshem at phatdecals.com you may want to let Meshem know that they mis-spelled volkswagen lol http://www.phatdecals.com/images/products/VOLK003.gif hugebox79 02-01-2005, 04:04 PM Yeah, it's not a good idea to leave them on for a long period of time because over time you might see a difference in teh paint. And that's the good thing about vinyl, you can change the grafix whenever you want. BOXCAR 02-01-2005, 06:34 PM :loser sorry 'bout that multiple post above, i'm a retard with the computer sometimes! ya'll have some nice lookin' rides, thanks for the input. gives me something to think about. phinz 02-03-2005, 03:08 PM Definitely don't leave them on too long. My Miata had racing stripes down the middle of the body for a couple of years. I was anal about waxing it, but you can, to this day, see where the stripes used to be, especially when the car is dirty. You can also feel the difference in the paint with your finger. Placebo 02-03-2005, 03:16 PM hey im digging the primered box I think it should be kept like that hugebox79 02-03-2005, 05:14 PM thanks but some of my sponsors are requireing me to paint it. INCA motorsports is putting the car on the next postcard/ advertisement and want it painted. |
