Default tsudo midpipe and injen ses axleback?

i have an 09 tc and im thinking of getting a tsudo midpipe..

http://www.speed-element.com/servlet/Detail?no=136

from the cat running to the back axle and putting on an injen ses axleback exhaust..

http://www.fastscions.com/scion-tc-i...t-ses2110.aspx

my questions are:
is this whole thing a simple bolt on installation?
will i see changes in my hp and/or fuel mileage?
what kind of sound will it have or will it have the nice loud deep tone sound with this setup?

please help. thanks.

-yes, it is a simple bolt on
-youll feel a small change, not sure about mpg
-it should sound along the lines of a regular tsudo system, maybe a little deeper.

is this whole thing a simple bolt on installation? - yes
will i see changes in my hp and/or fuel mileage? - not really and no
what kind of sound will it have or will it have the nice loud deep tone sound with this setup? - a fairly deep one as long as you dont plan on adding a header

thanks for the answers. a few more questions tho:
would i pass totally pass smog with this exhaust setup? with the db and emissions?
how would the sound differ from my exhaust now?(magnaflow resonator from the cat and the rest is straight piping)

HAHA at smog and dB. This setup is pretty loud, considering I have something similar to it.

putting a cat on your mid would defeat the whole purpose of buying the tsudo midpipe. if you still have your stock midpipe...just swap them out when its time for smog...

You should pass with a high flow cat on. As long as you keep the stock header on then it should be fine.

Unless you can cut and weld, you would have to take it to an exhaust shop.

That's your call. It can be more convenient for you when you do need to get it done, or else your going to be running around for a OEM midpipe when the time comes.
