I wanted to post about an experience I had today at this dealership. I took my tC in for my first free oil change, an alignment following my recent spring instal, and to pick up some touch-up paint I had previously ordered.

This dealership is unlike any Toyota dealership I have ever dealt with. I have driven a leased tercel and owned two toyota pickups prior to my tC. Needless to say I have had many experiences with a few dealerships in Orange County.I thought my purchase experience at Irvine was just the routine vehicle sale pomp/bs routine.

Today when I pulled into the service department I was greeted in a formal manner. The job was done quickly and the reception from every employee there was outstanding. They know their customer service. I am going to give them a call and make sure they know I am happy with the job done.

p.s. While I was there I saw a FM tC and a SSM who were getting some work done there too. Two different toyota owners asked if I liked my car and how much they run etc.
Met the guy who owned the SSM and informed him about Scion Life and SoCal tC club.

 

I bought my car there too back in november or 2003 and ever since i've dealt with them ever since. I took my car in to south coast toyota cuz i bent the suspension in an accident and they were totally A-Holes there. Especially there sevice manager, he was like the king of the pact of _______s there. Sorry for the language but it's true. NOt to mention the time i went to get an oil change early sat morning once one of the guys had the ***** to bluntly tell me, i won't get a chance to do it today, bring it back monday and he instantly ____ed me off and i called irvine power toyota right in front of him and told him forget it, i'm gonna go to irvine and they'll have my car done within 30 min..

I'm glad to hear others have had the same great experience at irvine toyota like me. It's pretty far form my house but it's worth the drive and to know that u made a great purchase. I've always dealt with the same service advisor at toyota, i believe his name is chuck, not too sure but like u said, everyone there is awesome with there customer service skills. I'm sure u'll never want to take ur car anywhere else.
