I have a TRD exhaust system but I have a boso exhaust tip Im gonna put on and I want it flat black.

 

Whenever you can do rims I'll shoot mine over to ya. I'll ask my buddies from SK if they need anything that's small powder coated.

Here is a little project I did today. It was the my exhaust heat shield on my bike.
I forgot to take a pic after sandblasting, but you get the idea of the process

After degreasing...

Then I sandblasted it and outgassed the part for 1 hour. This gets all the gases out of the aluminum to give a smooth final finish. I forgot to take a pic

Then shot the flat black powder

baked for 20 minutes and BAM! Sexy exhaust heat shield
