Optionwagon.com has some by T-rex. My girl ordered one for her Xa that should be here monday and I can then tell you about the quality.

ebay has a bunch of different kinds .. from the zip tie ones to the OEM dealer ones

i opted for the RS1 grill ... i bought it off a member here... dropped right in and looks perfect :)
