Do you know what the torque specification of the flywheel bolts is for the 1NZ-FE?
I have the manual in PDF, but I cannot find it now. I searched the forum and the web unsuccessfully. I also called the local Toyota parts department who tried but did not find the spec :(
Thanks!
65 ft lbs along with a thread locker...

thank you, but 65 ft-lb is for the drive plate with an automatic transmission. I would imagine that the flywheel ends up with a similar torque, but they specify it differently (see attached). I also included the clutch spec because it is kinda necessary if you got to the flywheel.
if you have not noticed, i found my copy of the manual

Torque specs for the flywheel would be with engine components in the manual it is not part of the clutch assembly try here [says not to reuse old flywheel bolts]

Torque flywheel bolts to 49Nm/36 ft.lbs, Tighten in the following pattern; 12 o'clock, 8 o'clock, 4 o'clock, 10 o'clock, 6 o'clock, 2 o'clock. afterwards tighten the bolts (in the same pattern) an additional 90 degrees.
BTW: Do not reuse old flywheel bolts, Use new ones P/N 90913-01024, the new bolts come with threadlocker applied to the threads.
