Default sideview mirror covers coming off to easily and rattle

i decided to peel off my bluebat overlays off the blinkers and nightshade them. when i went to put back on the covers the became loose. when i took them off they were a _____ to pop off now they move when you shake it with a finger. also one of the pegs broke off one of them so obviously that one is going to be loose but the other one is almost the same. does trdsparks sell replacements?

sidenote: any one know where the post is about removing nightshades from taillights i thought flea made it but i search posts started by him and i guess it wasnt him

You can use a hot glue gun and apply it in the back, it should stay secured in place. Not sure if you can remove it later.

How did you do to get the covers off? Im having hard time to take em out without breaking the pegs.. i want to put some high power strobe lights in my side mirror. Would look so sick. And police stroboscopic red-blue lights in the front grille.

There's no replacement covers that I know of unless you find them at a junkyard. You can buy new mirror assemblies from Sparks or elsewhere for about $150.
