Well after a long time saving I finally managed to go out and pick myself up a new 2010 Tc. Naturally I'm already driving myself crazy with what I want to do to her. My main problem is I really don't want to void my warante.

The first thing I intend to get is an exhoust. I really like the greddy Evo myself but I don't know if it would completely void my warante or only make it so toyota wouldnt cover any problems coming from the exhoust. I like the sound of the TRD axle back as well but it's sooo over priced for what you get.

I'm planning on getting the TRD CAI but I was wondering if it really gives the proformance it should for the price you're paying. Thanks.

No the exhaust will not void your warranty. The TRD intake is nice but it is way over priced and really doesn't give you any performance that is noticeable. Look into HPS, it is a lot cheaper and has good quality from what I have seen and heard.

Become Friends with someone who's ASE Certified, and do whatever the heck you want with the Car.

HPS FTW! I used one and dealer OK'd it. I'm turbo now so warranty is out the window. TRD parts are just re-badged aftermarket brands anyhow. TRD Intake = Injen. TRD Axle-Back Exhaust = Borla. TRD Limited Slip Differential = Quaife. TRD Springs = H&R etc etc etc. Worst case, just ask the dealer prior to installing something. All stealerships are different. Some don't care about minor mods and others will rape you. Ultimately, do you really think the part you want to install in going to cause the car to break down before 36000 miles? I'd stay away from pullies though, they can screw up the alternator, power steering, and water pump. The rest of the easy bolt ons (except emissions altering) shouldn't be an issue.
