Default Panel Below Steering Wheel

Trying to get to the fuse panel to wire my interior lighting, but can't remove the panel.

What holds this on???

Just clips. Grab the bottom of it and pull horizontally towards the seat.

There are clips across the top too, so don't "hinge" it up from the bottom. The bottom starts it, but pay attention to the top as well.

I've really tugged on it, with no joy. This is a 2010 model. I wonder if there was a change from the previous year. Does the bolt need to be removed under the left kick panel?

I haven't seen a 2010 model so I couldn't tell you. I highly doubt they would change it though.

FWIW -- I found that starting at the bottom immediate right of the steering wheel gave the best results. That got it started and then working around the rest of the attachment points was easier.
