What's your age? Where do you fall in this poll? I want to see if this "catering to younger drivers" thing Scion came up with, to sell their cars, is working. I know of a few of us "older" guys on here :)

might be a lil bias on this forum tho. most xD drivers i see are middle to older aged women and i dont think a majority of them would be logging on here:P

Ya, I see a lot of middle aged women with the car as well. Sort of weird how every car except the tC is pretty attractive to a mature crowd, I guess they just see the value in these cars. I'm 23, married, 2 kids. Only mods are minor ones for looks.

Hey, watch it, I'm no middle aged woman :) I rarely ever see another xD, period. Lots of xB's and TC's.

23 and 2 kids, I was there once.... Then a year later I had 3 kids! Now, I have one left in high school and two in college. Yeehaw, freedom is near.

I feel pretty young, until I come onto this forum and see most are late teens/early twenties; then I feel old :(

Hardly see any XD on the road. So few, I can remember everytime I see one, including noted the gender and how old the person is.

So far, I can count 3.

When I was at the dealer, another guy buying XD is over 50.

Last week, drove past a XD, driven by a woman in her 40-50s.

Just today, an XD driven by a man with full set of white hair.

But yeah, a ton of XB and XC on the road, mostly driven by younger people. But NOT the case with XD.

Well, my wife went from a Z-28 Camaro to a Sequoia to her FJ. Once she drove her Sequoia she said she'd never go back to a car. She likes the feeling of sitting up where people can see her. Given all the idiots on the road, I don't blame her.

I have 3 kids and a mini-van never entered my mind.

I've seen a few xD's around here driven by a variety of people, old/young, male/female. And I swear everywhere I turn I see tC's. A few more xB's (mostly first gen) than xD's. I pass a house with BRM xD parked in the driveway every day on the way to work. Never seen it on the road tho. Its missing a hubcap so fairly distinctive.

I'm one of the older ones I guess...40-50 range and on my 2nd Scion...And jon I believe you can edit it I think...I know you can edit the title's so you might be able to edit the poll's...This new forum takes getting used to...You need to go to "edit" and then from there click "go advanced"...

You guys see middle-aged women? Holy crap, I see 70-year old men driving xD's ALLLLLL the time! I've only seen a handful of mid-aged women.

I personally thing the xB2 is hitting the middle-aged crowd more so than any of the Scion models so far.

This is really not an xD owner poll, but a poll of who uses the forum. Since this forum is mostly about appearance discussion, it's a lot more popular with the younger crowd than it is with the older crowd.

damn drunk drivers? I would be blown but asmuch as I love my xd. I dont think I would go back to scion if I were to sell it w/o any real reason.(unless they come out with a new kickass model). Prolly try something new. But would most likely be in the family (toyota or lexus). If not then my first car. volvo s60t5 :icon_mrgreen:. I miss it :frown:

Have noticed an abundance of xD drivers here in B-lo 35-40+, and i'd say a 50/50 mix men and women.

I have also noticed and a substantial number of hot chicks rockin tC's as well. Just kinda sticks in yer mind ya know?

Speaking of stereotyping cars...I remember when the pontiac sunfire was huge with young girls. It was like they standard issued every female age 18-26 a pontiac sunfire on their birthday from 1995 to 2003. They were EVERYWHERE and EVERY girl i knew had one.

congrats dude!. but if was in your position. After I traded for a scion xd. I would make my fist trip to the hat store. Pick up a cowboy hat. and for every nasty look, I would nod my head and say howdy lol.

but yea I seen there list of union cars. list kinda small like 40 cars to choose from half being vans and suvs/trucks . I like 30% of them. If they gave me a discount I would support them lol

i had a road closed the other day (as a firefighter with emergency lights) and this drunk dude come up to me and said "what kind of car is it?" i thought he meant the wrecked car, so i said "i don't know sir, i didn't make it to the scene". he goes "you don't know what kind of car you drive?" i'm like "oh my car, it's a scion sir". he goes "what the f is a scion?" i said "and xD sir." "what the f is that? it's so f-ing tiny". i told him "sir, i'm going to have to ask you to move along before i report you to the state police who are 200 ft down the road. i cannot be distracted during my duties."... he stumbled off.... thank god.

my little car lights up with all the LED's now. but i'm changing my emergency lighting around.

i'm going to sell the roof light, get a dash light, put flashers in the side mirror turn signals (that'll rock like the cops) and flashers in the back. that's in addition to the four corner strobe (hide-away) kit i have....
