Hey SoCal,
I have a question, how do these machines work? Do they only work when the lights are red?
Today coming from school, at night, i was at the stop. Pacific/Brand in Glendale. Me being tried from school and work, when strait on the green arrow, when my light was red. Will i get a ticket?
