Default HELP with buying fog lights

I'm interested in putting fog lights on my tC (the ones that are on the lower grille not the bottom corners). I dont want to pay toyota's full price but buying it online is kind of confusing. I bought lower grilles specifically for fogs lights but is the grille supposed to have 2 circular holes on the sides for the lights to go into? I probably sound really stupid right now I just have no idea! When it came it was just the grille with no holes....I could have sworn that there was supposed to be holes for the bulbs to go into. I think it would have just been easier to go with the whole kit (grille and fog lights already attached) cuz I'm having trouble even finding bulbs specifically that go on the grille...most searches come up as fog light bulbs where the vent grilles are. Can anyone help me with just understanding the whole lower grille/fog light placement and/or giving me links of a place to buy good bulbs for that? This is what I used so far but I don't see how it goes together:

do not buy either one of the 2 from ebay, they will start to fog up with time. i know because i bought a set at one point and then got rid of them, later i got the real oem fog lights which had better light output and where easier to change the light bulbs as well.

It isn't really a grille, it is a full piece thing that has the fog lights already installed with a middle grille in it.

Here is the link to the Toyota one: http://trdsparks.com/displayparts.ph...4&parts_id=565

These ones are better then ebay ones and the installation is fairly straight forward. They are bit cheaper then MSRP at your local dealership + no local sales tax. If you bought a grille for the fog lights you can swap out the middle grille on the fog light kit itself.

Hope that helps.

If you don't want to spend 300+ on the factory fogs, you can buy a knockoff at http://ssuperstore.com/product_info....roducts_id/298.

I had them for a while, they were okay. The grille was a little loose since the fitment isn't perfect but a lil taping would do the trick.

Or better yet, check out the classified section on this forum and see if any member is selling used factory fog lights. They should be around 200-250 used.

I second the TRD sparks link. Get the originals, you get what you pay for.
