Got me some remorse on letting me toaster go for a Yaris . . .
I had put 50K on my Gen 1 in just 24 months and it was too much. I got a Yaris hatch with a manual and continued on. Put a rear sway on it but it is taller than the xB and just doesn't handle as well.
I have seen some xB's for $10K to $12K that have 42K and 48K on them. Most have auto-trans and I think I'm ready for it. The xB has so much more space inside it's hard to beat and it handles very well with just the addition of a rear sway.
How many have automatics and feel good about them? Fun factor? A Yota with 50K is nothing these days. I got 50K in 36 months and not one drop of oil has been burned.

taller than a 1st gen xb :? me thinks your just used to the crate on wheels. with a few MINOR suspension tweaks that yaris will out handle mostly everything on here.......
Mine is an '04, but it would've been so much better as a manual. You have more options with the manual. (i.e. different stage clutches, short shift kits, etc.) The only thing you can do with the auto is basically click the overdrive button on and off. :?
