Default Does anyone have the Sports Lid

Hi there, I've been reading here for a while now and got my box in October '04. Yes I work at Disney World, hence the name. I'm a 30 something Mom and have started to do some stuff to my car. Just for a background I did alot of car shows and drag racing the Shelby Dodge Turbo's in the 80's, but I finally had to grow up and get over the speed thing. My other car is a HEMI enough said.
I saw the JDM smoked gas door on Cabeperformance and thought it would look cool especailly litup inside. Does anyone have it? and what is the quality.

Also, I saw at the Orlando Toyota show a few months back some people have glowing interior door lock *****. Where did they come from?

I've seen it installed on several cars. Looks great and no one has complained about the quality, though I've heard it's a bit of a pain to install.

It would look great with lighting, but I'd leave that to someone experienced with explosion-proof wiring. Stray sparks + explosive vapors = car on 11 o'clock news. (Or just tape a mini-glowstick inside the fuel door for shows.)

Thanks, the glow stick is a great idea since you can't drive around lit up anyway. I thought about the fume problem allready. Want flames but not that kind. My husband works for a body shop so installation should not be a problem.
I have a list of things I want and the only thing I got so far is the bB front emblem, Huge improvement. and I put pinstripes on to break up all that thundercloud. They are the color changing ones for 6.99 at Pep Boys. Looks nice for now.

Thanks,
Suzanne

Suzanne, I just put some graphics/stripes on my 05 TCM today. They look pretty good if I do say so myself. Unfortunately I don't have a website to post pics but I could email them.

Walt in Winter Springs.
BTW, I'm 60 something!

Gotta love the pinstripes, especially on TCM.

Default HI Walt!!

Hey there in Winter Springs!!!! I'm in Longwood in the Sabal Point area. My husband works at the infamous 50 and 436 out your way!! If you wreck your car take it to Sterling auto body and your box will be taken care of.

Anyway, the pinstripes came out Ok for my first attempt. Got tired of waiting for the pinstripe guy who I could never hook up with at the shop. I'm still shopping for wheels but I have deceided to stay with a 15 inch to save on weight as well as those dang potholes on I-4. I trashed 2 17" s on my Sentra spec-v I had. Thank goodness I had AAA. The road warrior showed up and looked only to say "well 2 flats and 1 spare huh?" I don't want to worry about every bump anymore. Konig holes are nice with a deep lip and so are the Maxxim Harpoon wheels and they are Hyper grey! Looks like the Thundercloud color.

50 and 436 is south of me. I'm due west from you in WS, east of Longwood ;-)
The wheels sound nice. I has custom wheels on a 72 Corolla back in the early 70's. I hated them! Someone stole them and I was almost glad, but I did get them back. The idiot drove up next to me at a drive in restaraunt. They were Shelby GT's, this was on Guam, and they were the only ones on the island!!! This was nexr door to the police station!!!
Lots of Scions here in Orlando area!!!
