Yeah, I saw this while searching for a grill.

There was something like this for sale about a year or two
ago, where it was a bullhorn type thing that played a
sampled sound of a turbo spooling when you pressed the
gas, and when you pressed the brake pedal (they were
assuming automatics) it would do the sound of the blowoff
valve venting pressure.
