I was wondering how the steering wheel controll pieces come off. Do they just pop off? Or is there something special I need to do to get them off. And how do people get the dash so shiney? What kind of clear coat do you use to do that? I feel like such a noob...

unscrew the airbag off.
there's 2 t-30 torx screws on each side..

pull out airbag, and you'll see the screws holding in those pieces.

and what do you mean shiny? like after you paint it or just keeping it clean?
paint? you clear coat..
