View Full Version : Bat's Headlight Lid Overlay for the xB(PICS)!
Blue_Batmobile 02-05-2005, 06:31 AM What do you think? I like it. Especially with the Smoke Overlay underneath it. This is a dual Overlay, meaning, there is a layer in black underneath to keep the light from shining through when the headlights are on :). Enjoy!

They dont affect headlight output and give the car a unique look I haven't seen with any other eyelid. Thanks for the hook up Bat and I hope to continue the cool mods with your overlays! :clap:

Blue_Batmobile 02-09-2005, 12:40 PM Obviously with any smoke Overlay you're gonna have a decrease in light out put. These are 6/10 tint, which is my standard tint. I'd say about a 10% decrease, which really insn't much. I also offer a lighter 3/10 tint where the light output is hardly affected if at all. No need to remove housings to install my Overlays :).

Nope they are illegal , it just depends if the cop wants to ticket you or not.

actually the rear overlays are legal bc they still reflect...all the law states is that your taillights have to be reflective when light is shinned on them...im the one in SD that does the SD Meets...you've seen my car there and i've had no problems with cops...they pull up next to me, behind me and nothing...day or night
