To me I would think with this motor it would be best to keep it around 35 to 50...it might be a strong motor but its still small

I wouldn't go over a 50 wet shot or a 35 dry shot.

just got done with my tuner and here are the results of stage 1 mod and tune. 50 shot wet fogger style 4in. in front of t-body. we used wide band o2 snsor and laptop to get a base then we played with jets and adjusted the super afc and was able to get 158.9 hp to the wheels and 152.5 torque safely. all runs waere done in second gear and activate at 3000 rpms. we took the green bean on a industrial road and opened it up with the track off and we launch her. she had no 1st gear traction and 2nd went so fast i hit rev limit also in 3rd. next week we will start stage 2 70 to 100 shot. no ping or det. no check light just good safe runs. now im the 1st to have NOS IN MY SCION LOL.

From the description it seems you are doing a straight drop of the 50 wet shot.. damn and rev limiter in 3rd, that's crazy talk! congrats! good to know what our engine can do

question ..... how'd ya get around the returnless fuel system ..... my understanding was that was what was preventing a NOS application

My old 95 Dodge Neon has a returnless fuel system and I used to run a 100 shot of nitrous on it all the time without any problems.

ya man, it's cool to be first and all, but how'd you do it? anything special had to be done or just a basic wet kit hooked straight in?

I'd like to know also about those who are spraying their xB.
Since I've a Honda boy I don't know about all the other cars. If I got one of these I may look into a small shot of nitrous to make getting on the freeway a little bit easier, but if you can put down that much safely...hmm...that's not a slow shoebox.

If I get one though I don't wanna try to max out the power, I'll do that when it's older.
