Ahahaha yeah i saw someone on Craigslist selling normal tC wheels (not chrome) with no tires for $475.... i was like hes out of his mind!

the price is coming from the process it takes to chrome the wheel. Thats not painted chrome. Real chrome is expensive and takes a bit of cash to do it right.

call up a custom shop and see how much they will charge to have a wheel chromed for. wouldnt be surprised if it was in the $200-$300 range per wheel.


i still wouldnt pay to have my rims chromed tho......not on a Scion

lol, $7,000 for used tires and damaged wheels.

 

Actually no this is wrong because Scion offered the chrome wheels as an option when you buy your tC. You can come across some used for pretty cheap!
