Default Guage and center console lights don't work...

Last night wheen I turned on my car and turned the lights on I noticed none of my guage lights work and the odometer light was off, but my gear light was on ( P, R, N, D, etc...). Also I have a CEL on to and that was still on. Also my center console lights weren't on except for the button that was pressed. I also noticed when I turn my lights off the backlight to the odometer and the clock turn on. I checked the fuses and everything seems ok. I haven't done anything electrical to the car (new headunit) in over a year so I don't know what suddenly happened. Any ideas?

Thanks,
Stoked

I just had a circuit board in mine replaced for this problem...is yours a 2007? It's a common problem with that year.

No its a 2008. I checked all the fuses and none of them seem to be blown.

Did you check the fuses under the dash? I know that's what it was on mine. It just about drove me crazy. I didn't know about those fuses. lol

Maybe the leftmost gauge? I forget, I'll have to look later. It should be pretty easy to find...

the dimmer switch is on the actual gauge face itself, should be right next to the one where u can check ur trip mileage

it should be the **** right below the temperature gauge. Turn that to adjust the level of lighting of your display.

Fixed the problem... It was the dimmer. I took my car to a different place (Firestone) to change my oil Monday I guess they turned the **** trying to figure out how to turn off the maintenance light. Thanks for the help!
