Can a trailer hitch be added to the xb with a TRD Rear Sway Bar?

Yup, the sway bar bolts only to the rear axle so there is no interference with the frame mounted hitch. They are nowhere near each other. Be aware that if you have an aftermarket exhaust the Curtis hitch wont fit, and their might be fitment issues with th drawtite/invisihitch.

It shouldn't interfere.
