Default Anyone know expected xD trade-in values?

So I'm trading my xD in probably next weekend. I ordered a MINI Cooper S and it will be here soon. I don't know if I should sell my xD or trade it in. Here are the basics

2008 xD - 5 Speed - Silver - 20,500 miles - Bought new August 2007
VSC/TRAC Option
5 Spoke Scion Alloys
Premium Stereo
20% Tint All Around
Full front clear-bra
Custom Parcel Shelf Subwoofer (posted on this site)
Custom Orange Ambient Lighting (Each door pull well, door release handle, door cup holder, center cup holders, footwell lighting. I'll need to post pictures as it took me 8 weeks to do it and looks awesome and clean).
Scion illuminated scuff plates
Scion blue tooth module
Scion alarm
Autodimming mirror with homelink and outside temp.
Scion armrest

If I got $10500.00 I would be happy. The car is in great shape other than a rock hit the windshield and I need to get the "star" filled and one very small door ding on the left rear quarter panel. What do you guys think a fair value is? I just don't want to deal with selling it privately, but I guess it depends on what I get.

kbb.com has estimated tradein values. but the dealers usually won't listen to that anyway

oh yeah and the accesories won't matter, makes it deplede in value actually, unless u have a navigation.

but KBB says a trade in of ur car in excelent condition can get 13k$ in good condition 12k and in fair condition 10k

I'd suggest selling it privately. Find out what the dealer will give you and price it at $2000 above that and let someone barter you down to $1500 above dealer

Nice...When did you trade your RS1? I'm thinking around $11K as well. Thanks!

Bought it on Ebay. It had the amber digits as well, so it maches the interior perfectly.

Never trade a vehicle in since the dealership will rob you blind, take the time and sell the car yourself...The MINI Cooper Rocks!!!

Well, the dealership gave me $10650.00. I'm very happy with this figure. From watching xD's sell on Ebay, I'd be lucky to get this through a private party, plus now I don't have to deal with selling it! Yay!

It doesn't matter what they give you too much but what REALLY matters is what you will be owing them for what you buy. Ever heard of ACV ?
That is car sales people talk for Actual Cash Value.

A Stealership can give you $25,000 for you used XD and make you a sale on a new one that could cost you $50,000 at the END OF PAYMENTS.

Just be aware.... Get the WHOLE picture before you make a decision.

I'm good. My xD is paid off. My MINI is selling at MSRP, no markups, no doc fees, no title fees either. Just sales tax and I'm getting 2.9% through MINI Financial. Simple interest loan and nothing hidden.

Minis are cool, but are way over priced.

Why did you trade in the xD?

I love the colors on the inside of the Mini but the outside has always been "blah" to me.

Have fun with the Mini anyways
