go with some nice silver colored rims, not chromed, polished. black rims look cheap and retarted. Every time I see a black rim, whether it be a $2,000 set or a $200 set they all look the same to me.

Black wheels w/ a polished lip look look bad a$$ in my opinion.

damn those look nice. black is cool, as long as you do it right. maybe tint the windows 20-30% to match the dark spokes.

sorry .. wasnt sure what you were referrin to confucious .. i was lookin for a BCP one but couldnt find one .. about the rims .. im contemplating powdercoating my stock rims anthracite .. gunmetal grey .... darker then their current color .. go to w/ my BCP tC ... prolly gettin a CF hood ... any comments?

You do realize you can go with a bigger rim and your speedo will not be off at all. The sidewall of the tire just gets reduced making it the same diameter of your stock rims and tires. More rim less tire. I just ordered some 225/40/18 tires for my konig unknowns and my speedo will right on.

I agree. The darker the better. Especially with a machined lip. But i like a little gloss, not matte or flat black.

While you have a valid point even with a smaller sidewall they will never be the same exact size as your stock wheels and tires. Expect your speedo to be off by 1-3 mph approx. Thats not too bad, but still off nonetheless. Anyway i really just dont see the practicallity in going out and spending so much for 18s when 17s look good and you dont have to buy new tires right away.
