Default Uhhh, $28k tC?

So I was at the track the other day. Didn't take a pic... I saw this black tC, I got a closer look... Thought it might be a RS5.0. But it had the other black TRD wheels, paint was BSP...
I was thinking this thing must be $25k+
Had almost everything, TRD BBK, all the TRD stuff...

So I asked the guy... He said $28k. Older gentleman...
I was like WTF!? I wish I was the sales person on that one.

meh, its what scion is all about. the guy got everything he wanted on the car, from the dealer, with warranty... and he has the money to pay for it over 4-6 years... its basically what the scion brand was built for...

did he have the factory navigation and stuff to? That'll bump up the price a few thousand..all things considered had he bought all that stuff seperately (brand new..different brand) it would be very similar in cost to what he paid sticker..still a lot for a tC of course but just throwing in my .02

uhm...actually...when my tC left the dealership, it was about 25k dollars...got just about everything in the accessory area, fogs, security, floor mats, interior lights, leather seats, spoiler, trd exhaust, trd CAI, lojack, auto dimming mirror, b-pillar applique, door jam appliques, also have a lifetime loaner car when i take the car in for service. it adds up pretty quick.

was just part of a service plan, every other oil change is free, if i don't want to wait around the dealership for my car, i can take a loaner car, and go about my day so long as i'm back within 24 hours of my car being completed. was very handy when my car was in for 2 weeks having the transmission overhauled. woulda sucked having either no car, or paying for a rental car.

yeah, i mean, in retrospect, yeah, wasted a lot of money. but i had no idea there would be places like TRD sparks where you could order everything from for like 25% off MSRP. also, this was the first car i ever bought and started modding. some (many) mistakes can be expected.

I did the same thing with my first tC. Got things like the CF b-pillar, door sill enhancements, etc. Only things I got for my 08 were the TRD springs (free install and balance) and lip kit (free install). Still ended up coming out to around 24k with tax and financing though.
