I want to order some cross drilled rotors for my front brakes. The ones I found say that they work with the stock braking system as a direct rotor replacement. However it does say that semi-metalic pads or better must be used. Are the stock pads semi-metalic? Or do they need to be upgaded too? Cuz I just got new pads from the dealer and don't want to replace them again. :doh:
