Sorry if this has already been posted, I only found threads about autos.
What is the best manual transmission fluid. It is time for me to change mine. I've heard that Redline MT-90 and eneos are both good. Comments.....

Some people have written about Redline MTL and MT-90. Some had some interesting experiences with it. I do not know but take a look around for some other opinions. Quite a few people spoke highly of Eneos.

Did you use redline mt-90? That is not designed for use with syncro's and transaxles... thats why we have issues is what i've heard. the mtl is designed for use with syncros and transaxles.

I am debating between the Motul 300 and the AMSOIL manual transmission/transaxle gear lube. Both seem great and from people that have used it say it is great.

I personally run Royal Purple 75w90, but whatever the heck Toyota uses as the stock fluids will work fine unless you're under anything other than "street" settings...which you're probably not. Even under the occasional drag visits, you're likely good with the stock fluids.
ANY 75w90 will technically work. If someone says they can feel a difference, they're probably lying.

We personally run Motul Gear 300 in our cars without issues.
