mcgeorge is selling the tC emblems for $17.95 - they're just peel and stick - i thought they'd look cool on the sides of the car perhaps, but frankly, i've no idea exactly where to place them.

does anyone know if the Toyota Badge off the Toyota Camry will fit in the opening where the Scion Badge goes on a "TC"?

I hope you have a flame retardent suit on, cause it's getting ready to get hot in here.

its getting hot all right and IMO the tC badge does NOT belong in the front of the car.
NOT AT ALL.
just my opinion though.

I'm not trying to be an a$$ or anything, so please don't take it wrong. :D
But why would you want to put a Toyota emblem on the Scion. Do people think its cooler to do that or something? And if so, how is it "cooler," to advertise your car as another branch of the same company.

true that. i was visiting my parents in So Cal a couple weeks ago and went to a Scion meet at the local dealership. the tC was a pretty sweet ride except for the toyota badge replacing the Scion badge.

Well the xA and xB people have done it... but for them it's not really adversising as another branch... that's just the JDM approach... since the corresponding models in Japan are Toyota branded. Doesn't work so much for the tC though since there is no JDM model. At all.

Moved to DC though.

Next year when the new 250hp Celica is released in Japan - Rumor has it that it's the Japanese tC equivalent - but again, it's still a rumor, so give it a little bit of time.

gjpjr84

it could become the tC when /if it is ported to the US. like with tha xb and xA, right

SSM_tC

actually it's either - based on the tC/IS the tC but beefier, but nothing concrete has been released yet but it will definitely be a direct relative of the tC

The Matrix rear emblem fits the rear of the TC. I can't recall which front emblem fits. If I remember I'll post it. Some people do things like this to be different. I did it to see if it would confuse people as well as to be different. For me being cool has nothing to do with it, its being different. Just my 2 cent's

Well in my opinion you can only get away with it on some cars, based on the color/look of the car on it's own. Ur pic above with the black tC and the red logos looks tight, but would look bad on my cherry pearl tC.

tC562: yours seems to work well actually, i guess because it was color matched and seems planned out a bit and that grill looks like it helps.

some tCs though, it looks out of place.
