touch screen? well my first idea would be an alpine.. you can find it at crutchfield.com.. but the alpine folds out, might interfere with the radio door.. I love alpine for their sound, other's like other brands for me it's always alpine.. crisp, clear sound.. love it!

the kenwood is cool that people have shown here.. it's a double din size unit.. very cool.. b

the kenwood ddx 7015 isnt bad also....the kenwood and eclipse are the only 2dinn units ive seen in the internet. the eclipse comes with dvd navigation but the kenwood needs an extra component. kenwood is the cheaper alternative and retains touch screen capability.

I went down to a local audio shop and the Eclipse was $2200 including install. The kenwood is cheaper, but I didnt like the Navigation display, it looks cheap and very poorly laid out, the eclipse is a much better navigation system, but its all up to you, I will probably get the eclipse myself before college starts, but I am also waiting for the new pioneer to come out in march/april before I decide.

I've got the Kenwood 7015 installed in mine. I didn't need the nav. Kinda pointless in my area, but I love everything else about it.

ya I mean, the thing is almost any DVD system is "good" but theres alot of things that make Navigation systems seperate themselves from the competition, whether it be touch screen, voice output, or voice recognition, the style of the GPS view etc...

The new Pioneer AVIC-N2 is the new version of the AVIC-N1 flip out style radio with DVD. The one I am waiting for is the AVIC-D1, the 2DIN in dash version. Rumor has it that the AVIC-D1 will be out in late March or April. The AVIC-N2 is already out in Europe.

Why are we the last get anything??? hmmmm ???

The AVIC-N2 seems like its going to be sweet for the future. It has:
http://www.pioneerelectronics.com/pn...089303,00.html
so when the service is in your area you will be able to get traffic reports. Yea the double din would be nice. I dont wanna put the single in cause I think it looks odd w/ the huge gap. BUT, if its open....it looks great. I have to check out the alpine one now.
