So, I was pulling into my neighborhood Blockbuster when all the sudden bam....I ran into a hole and my bumper dropped on the curb and busted it...mad at self but whats done is done...where is a good place to get a bumper? The first is the damage...The second the holes...The third...is to prove that my bumper would not even touch the ledge if it wast for the holes....

 

ouch sorry to hear that and that dip looks bad, it depends where you live so people can recommend you to a junkyard or place to get a new/used bumper.

do y'all think it is worth calling teh landlord and seeing if he is willing to help out with the costs since it is partially his parking lots fault? because i wouldnt have hit it if it werent for those...it woulda slid over like butter

 

that's wayyy too much of a hassle.. but it's ultimately up to you. (i wouldn't take it that far)

 

It is still your fault that you ran into the curb, so i wouldnt even try to get money from the landlord.

 

Yeah, chances of finding a landlord that gives a damn about it are slim to none.

 

Get a front lip and learn how to park. Just wait until you lower your car.

 

Well if you want to try a land lord then go for it..but..since you parked so far forward onto the curb I doubt they will take responsibility..

 

id just check a junkyard and call it a day, hopefully youll be lucky and find the same color bumper. i park like 10 feet away from curbs cuz i have <2.5" of clearance
