Default Auto to manual transmission. What is required?

My xb has been getting done over from the ground up. It has 86k miles on it cause it was my dailey driver. Since I have a Bmw now as a daily I havent driven the xb in over a year. I was thinking of going from auto to manual. What is required?

might come with a new clutch but don't forget a to put in the crankshaft pilot bearing. sometime the old automatic input shafts on auto trannies is different than a manual so it wont fit correctly or snugly.

I thought of that too. I am just going to keep it auto. I relized I have spent to much on it already. I have a garage full of new parts I still havent on. Plus I am buying another car soon too.
