Hello Everyone...I wanted to know if there is anyone who has purchased a set of Hotchkis lowering springs for their xB. and if so how did you like them.

I am considering getting a set of them along with their front and rear swaybars. They seem to be priced really reasonalbly compared to the TRD springs. Plus I have a set of Hotchkis springs on my muscle car that I really like.

Let me know what everyone things or give me Ideas for brand name of springs to go with.

One of our best local customers just put a set of Hotchkis springs on his B and swears it dropped it 2". He loves the ride. Here's a link to the page on our site with the springs if you'd like to take a look. :)

I've been running them for several months and have NO complaints.
Hotchis claims 1 3/8 frt 1 5/8 rear drop,
MY measuring tape showed this to be accurate.

I was lookin' at those myself, but I really want 2"+ drop.
I also want the box to be level, and not tilted at all.
I'm thinking tanabe for me.

Is the back end lower than the front end, or is that just an illusion?

I only rode a short distance in my friends car, rode better than stock, not as cushy as some others, he swears it a handling demon now.

I put the Hotchkis springs front & rear, and also their anti-sway bars front and rear 3 months ago. I really dig what they did for me. The corners I used to take at 25 I now take at 35 or more!
And it's very level front to rear. I can park along a curb and see it straight along the rocker panel.
Still on stock wheels&tires and it rides great. I scare my passengers. Fun for all!
Great slalom action on the freeway on-ramps. And when I lose traction it's very even; the front & rear give way at the same time (as it should be).
I installed them myself in a day (a very long day). The only hard part was figuring out how to remove the stock front bar. Good instructions provided, but I hadn't done it before so I was learning as I went.
I haven't bottomed out yet.
