What spacers or camber kit will be needed to make the oem 17x7 45 wheels become flush 12 offset?

...45-12=33
But, they don't make a 33mm spacer. Why do you need to push them out that far on stock rims?

camber kit has nothing to do with making wheels flush..a camber kit just is for adjusting camber.

and stock wheels out there far would look retarded IMO..at the most maybe do a 15mm spacer..even then I would rather just get new wheels entirely..

Im not a fan of tucked although I dont think it would look bad on my car, I'd rather go with a flush looked , so Im guessing Imma need hella wide rims for that

My personal experience i would suggest H&R 15mm spacers. Pics:
