Question Alright Guys Im Swapping My Auto To A 5-Speed HELP

Okey I Read This Link For The Last 2 Hours

https://www.scionlife.com/forums/scion-tc-1g-drivetrain-power-1637/auto-manual-transmission-swap-parts-list-91629/

Would someone help me and make sure I'm buying all the right stuff. I'm then taking the car and all the parts to somewhere in NY that can do this because I don't think its very easy by some of the stories. So I'll just pay to get it done. If I'm Right My Auto ECU will work.

Manual Trans
Clutch
Driver Side Axle
Master Cyl.
Slave Cyl.
Hydraulic Lines
Clutch
Flywheel
Hoses
Short Shifter
Seal Kit
New Gauge Cluster

I'm not 100% where to find everything on the list but I'm sure someone will help me like always. Thanks Guys.... and Gals.

no need to replace axle , the only differance between both axles auto axle has a rubber bushing in the center shaft, its used for vibration.. auto ecu will work but youll have your check engine light on for solenoids.. all you need to do is install your NSafty switch to the harness and switch it to N..

Default swap

yes it will you just need to loop starter wire in your N/Saftey switch, i should know, i swapped to a manual trans last year, i used my auto ecu for about 6months before i swapped harness and ecu to a manual harness and ecu.. engine light but it will run no problem

i wouldn't recommend it... why not get the manual ecu with harness if you're wanting 5-speed??? it can work but like SquallLHeart said.. it won't work well... just get the manual ecu and harness all together and save yourself the problems that might come down the raod...

The auto harness and computer will work I know for myself that it will. You can change it if you wish it just another PITA thing that you have to do. But if your gonna pay someone to do it and spend the extra money then go ahead and do it. After all it is your money
