Default xB Truck?

My dealer told me that Scion will part away from the Toyota lot and have their own Scion dealership. She also mentioned an xB Truck. I recall seeing 2 xB trucks. One was really modified, the other seemed more refined. Now I can't find the links.
So does anybody know about this urban legend?

An xB truck? Hmmmm. That's news to me. About 3 years ago in Japan, there was a bB that was converted into a pickup for a customization contest. It was a "one-off."

Here's the link:

I have no friggin clue, but maybe it is/was a concept car toyota designed...

Toyota's "OpenDeck" aka NCP34 was sold for a few years in Japan, but is no longer manufactured. Very cool vehicle.. it's too bad it never really seemed to attract the tuners.

Peace,

Maybe out here it'd do better... :D Shoot, if it were available here and priced *close* to the xb's price, I would have picked it instead. I think it looks NIIIICE.

Ideas that TMS is kicking around are things such as a scion truck for under 15K and a scion SUV under 20K... It's part of the revamping they'll do every 2-3yrs. Now from what I've been told, currently they're still just "ideas".

I don't know. The bars seem kinda weird, but if youtook them off I think it would look too much like a really weird unproportional sedan.

Maybe someone with photochop skills could show us

Ya, it looks pretty tiny, but you can fold down the front passenger seat so you could probably fit *something* kinda big in it. But ya, probably not super useful as a work truck or anything like that.
