Does anyone know if we scion owners are affected by the Toyota recall?? Don't we ahve the same drive by wire pedal setup as the Camry?? If so what should we do?

Also, I read that one persons brake pedal didn't work when it was pressed. I do recall on to separate occasions last year, that my brakes stopped working one day all of a sudden and the engine check light popped on. It went off by the time i got it checked out.

 

the recall is only for gas pedals that might get stuck.
You better get your brake check out. Did it stop working while u were driving?

 

lol ironically when i first got my xb2 they dident have mats in it or in stock yet so they gave me trd mats....they stick forr sureeeeeee haahha

 

There has been ZERO indication that any Scion is affected.

 

Scion tC uses Denso pedals.
